In March of each year, the transfer of livestock from the winter pasture to the summer pasture is an unwaitable trip. On March 20, more than 50,000 (only) cattle, sheep, horses and other livestock in Heshuo County, southern Xinjiang, will start a long journey of nearly 200 kilometers for a year's livelihood.
During the transition, the flocks were connected end to end, walking loosely and orderly in the valley, sometimes over the gully, and sometimes on the flat road, adding a life to the quiet valley.
