US President Donald Trump angrily attacked a reporter who asked him about his message to "fearful" Americans, as Trump considered that the reporter's question came to discredit the American move to request a drug used for malaria to treat people with the Corona virus, in an exceptional news conference on Corona virus yesterday.

Trump accused the NBC New correspondent of the failed reporter while the US President faced many questions about the request of "millions" of units of "chloroquine" used in malaria, as Trump said he had a "feeling" that would be effective against the Coronavirus.

"I think it is a very bad question, and this is a bad signal to the American people," Trump said. "The American people are searching for answers and looking for hope. Let's see if it works."

This comes at a time when the country's chief epidemiologist Tony Fossey said, in the same briefing that there is no evidence that he is working and that his safety is unknown.
