Ronan Farrow, Woody Allen's son, yesterday criticized the announcement of the publication of the American director's memoirs on April 7, saying: "He does not wish to share the publishing house itself with him, and therefore will leave the (Asheet) group."

"Asheet has not reviewed the contents of this book," said Ronan, who had long distanceed from his father and set a border between them.

He noted that the publisher did not contact his sister, Dylan, to confirm the authenticity of what was adopted by Woody Allen, her adoptive father, in what he considered "a lack of professionalism."

After the #MeTo movement was launched in October 2017, Dylan Farrow accused her adoptive father, Woody Allen, of assaulting her in 1992 when she was seven years old.

"He cannot work with a publisher who acts this way," said Ronan Farrow, who was "disappointed" at his knowledge of the press about the publication of these notes.

The Grand Central Publishing House, located in New York, affiliated with the Asheet Group, has announced that it obtained the rights to publish the notes of the American director on the seventh of next April.

The publisher described the book "A Probo of Nothing" as "a comprehensive story of Woody Allen's life, both personally and professionally."

Ronan Farrow published his second book, "Catch and Keel," last October, and it revolves around accusations of assault and harassment against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

This book, which was a great success, was published by the company, "Little, Brown & Company", which is affiliated with the "Asheet" group, and translated into French under the title "Le Fair Terre"

"A comprehensive story for Woody Allen's life, both personally and professionally."
