Just 45 years ago, in February, Oum Kalthoum, the best known of the great Arab singers, disappeared. The Egyptian diva is still an icon and her music is heard throughout the region. Every first Thursday of the month, she gave a concert broadcast on the radio. For 14 years, Mohamed el Sawy has perpetuated this tradition. Report in Cairo where the artist revives the hours of glory of Oum Kalthoum and his orchestra thanks to his puppets.
