For the two new cases confirmed in Rennes, the ARS ensures that "the number of contact cases is limited" and that the firefighter had not participated in any intervention for several weeks.
Interventions suspended in the barracks
However, pending the results of the "investigation of the contact persons", the fire station concerned suspended its interventions. With 100 confirmed cases since the end of January, France has become the second home of the coronavirus in Europe after Italy, leading the authorities to cancel large gatherings in a closed environment or certain events such as the Paris half-marathon.
