The Hall, a new place of convergence of urban cultures in Marseille. - GemmaMuse

Sound, color, smell and taste. Welcome to the Hall, a new ephemeral place which is set up until April 26 at the entrance to the village docks, next to Place de la Joliette in Marseille. This 460m2 space brings together many artists from urban culture, with a tattoo artist, street artists, spaces for clothing. All this punctuated by parties, exhibitions, battles.

Different evening formats

“It's a whole space that hosts several universes, polymorphic places where you can also have a drink, have a bite to eat, get a tattoo. We wanted as many varieties as possible, some people will stay a month, others less, others more. Besides, we are open to proposals to welcome other artists, ”explains Wahid of the Twerkistan collective, behind this project.

Wednesday evenings will be reserved for formats of the afterwork style, with concerts, fashion shows, stand-up. Friday evenings will host parties, while battles can, for example, be held throughout the day on Saturday. An opening evening, “Hall-in” is also organized this Saturday from 8 p.m. On the program, DJ sets from Cézaine, Yung Pad, Bobba Ash until 2 a.m.
