As of December 31st, the main theater in the Global Village will witness performances that introduce guests to the unique African culture.

"African Footprint" shows have witnessed international popularity since their inaugural presentation, which was presented for the first time to Nelson Mandela during a welcoming ceremony after his departure from Robben Island on the eve of the millennium.

Guests of the "Global Village" will enjoy three shows, each of 30 minutes duration, that the group will perform on the main stage on a daily basis during the period of the show's existence, except on Fridays.

The group of 27 artists will transport the guests of the global village on a delightful journey through the history of Africa, its culture and civilization, in seven different and impressive paintings. Although the African Foot Print show runs for an hour and a half of time, it has been custom adapted for Global Village guests to be 30 minutes long.

The main stage in the global village shines with its huge screens that display pictures of the African scenes during the show, in addition to pictures of the artists in their distinctive outfits, which include rubber high shoes, taps shoes for dancing, sticks and footballs, which reflect the spirit and nature of the people of South Africa. In addition, special music clips were designed for the Global Village performances, as they will play drums to reflect the finest of African culture.
