LONDON (Reuters) - A man stranded inside the tourist castle of Carnavon in Wales died after ambulances failed to reach him on Sunday noon.

The castle administration said, according to the British newspaper Mirror, they heard the distress of a man from a cellar, but they discovered that emergency alarms have a malfunction, and asked for help on the impact.

The Welsh emergency confirmed sending a helicopter and a specialized crew. The wall surrounding the man was demolished, but they failed to save him. He died inside the castle where he found a lifeless body.
