Mayor Fumiko Hayashi of Yokohama City officially announced on the 22nd that it is the first local government in the Kanto region to promote IR = integrated resort facilities including casinos.
In the future, it is a policy to submit a supplementary budget plan of approximately 260 million yen related to the invitation to the city council.
However, the residents of Yokohama City and port operators are strongly concerned about the deterioration of security and the problem of gambling addiction, and a rebound is expected.
