At Matsue Vogel Park, a theme park for flowers and birds in Matsue City, penguins walk around the park in various costumes according to the season and are gaining popularity.
On the 10th, under the theme of the summer festival, six Cape Penguins, about 45 cm long, wore colorful yukatas and happis and walked around the park.
