Kobe University boat capsizing off Wakayama city, 22 people thrown out on August 6, 11:06
According to the Wakayama Coast Guard, it was reported that at around 10:00 am, there was a report that a cutter boat at Kobe University had capsized and 22 people had been thrown to the sea near Tomogashima off the coast of Wakayama. It means that the Wakayama Coast Guard is currently rescued with a patrol boat.
