A one-year-old girl in China showed a series of magnetic balls after the baby swallowed them, according to the British Daily Mail.
The girl was treated to the hospital after testing symptoms such as vomiting and fever, which required medical intervention before the family learned about it. A family scan earlier showed the series without giving any explanation.
The chain caused two holes in the intestine, but the doctors managed to remove them in an operation.
