The Saudi Tourism Authority launched its promotional campaign in Dubai, the fourth stop of its tour in the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council, through which it and its partners showcased the most prominent opportunities and potentials offered by Saudi Arabia in the tourism industry.

This tour comes within the framework of the efforts of the Saudi Tourism Authority to promote tourism destinations, attract tourists from the region and regional markets, and support and empower the tourism sector by highlighting opportunities, building partnerships and concluding cooperation agreements, with the participation of more than 220 partners of the authority who held meetings in which they discussed opportunities for cooperation and joint work.

The authority invited the most prominent travel and tourism companies in the UAE to participate in the meetings it organized at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Dubai, to learn about Saudi tourist destinations and products, and to meet with influential parties in the tourism industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

A number of government agencies, such as the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the Tourism Development Fund, and developers of tourism destinations and products such as the Royal Commission for Al-Ula Governorate, the Historic Jeddah Program, Saudi Cruise, and MDL Beast, are participating with the authority in its promotional tour, in addition to a number of major companies operating in the tourism sector. Airlines, hotels and tour operators.

CEO and Board Member of the Saudi Tourism Authority Fahd Hamid Al-Din said that the meeting in Dubai comes after the Kingdom announced the availability of electronic visas for residents in the Gulf countries, and this opens the way for the private sector working in the travel and tourism industry to provide more offers and programs to attract new segments of Tourists to visit Saudi Arabia and enjoy its diverse nature and ancient cultural heritage.
