Controversy arises as senior officials at the core of the prosecution reform, Nam Ki-myeong, who leads the preparations for the establishment of the so-called airborne center, are recommended as outside directors of Hana Bank.

Reporter Jeon Hyung-woo reports what's wrong.

Nam Ki-myung, director of preparation for the establishment of the airborne office, was recommended as an outside director of Hana Bank last month.

It's only about full time since I've been in charge of preparation.

Mr. Nam, who served as chief of the legislature as a participatory government, is not a civil servant, so there is no legal problem with the job.

My recommendation was to be a non-executive director of Hana Bank, Hwang Duk-nam, a lawyer at the Blue House.

Hwang said, “We can greatly contribute to the growth and development of Hana Bank, given the growing legal regulations in the financial sector.”

However, Han Young-joo, vice chairman of Hana Financial Group, was punished by the supervisory authorities for derivative derivative funds and incomplete sales of DLF.

Under these circumstances, criticism is raised that it is appropriate for the head of preparation of the Airborne Authority, which investigates senior officials such as judges and prosecutors, to serve as outside directors.

Mr. Nam said the recruitment of outside directors had been proceeding before the appointment of the director.
