The verse "Fan with hardship comes ease" adorns the official account of the young Dutch player Davey van den Berg on Instagram, and publishes pictures of him while he was on his way to perform Friday prayers or before he broke his fast during the last blessed month of Ramadan.

A few days ago, a video of the player reciting verses from the Noble Qur’an in a sweet voice spread.

And Van den Berg, who plays for the Dutch club Zwolle, appeared reciting verses from Surat Al-Naziat in a sound and distinguished manner.

Van den Berg, 22, plays in the center of the midfield, and has played a number of international matches in the Dutch national team shirt for the age groups.

According to Dutch media reports, Van den Berg converted to Islam months ago, and memorized verses from the Holy Quran, some of which were recited in front of the camera and impressed the pioneers of the communication sites.

Van den Berg began his football career in 2008 with the Eindhoven cubs, before moving in 2019 to the Utrecht youth, where he graduated until he reached the first team.

At the beginning of this year, Utrecht loaned him to Roda, before finally selling him to Zwolle Club in the last summer Mercato, and signed a two-year contract with his new club.
