Sources deny the departure of Ahmed Hegazy from Al-Ittihad of Jeddah to Al-Ahly of Egypt

Some news came out in the past hours regarding the return of Egyptian international defender Ahmed Hegazy, a player for the Saudi Football Federation team, to the ranks of his former team, Al-Ahly of Egypt, during the next season.

Some sources close to Hegazy confirmed to the Saudi electronic newspaper, "Al-Wiam", today, Sunday, that the player will not leave the ranks of Al-Ittihad, indicating that he will continue with the team during the next season.

And the sources indicated, "Hegazy is not thinking of leaving the ranks of Al-Ittihad, and he will continue with the team during the next season."

It is noteworthy that Hegazy moved to the ranks of the Federation in 2020, but he has been absent since last January from participating with the team due to an injury during his presence with the Egyptian national team in the African Nations Cup finals that were held in Cameroon early this year.
