In Jönköping there is already a service office in the central city, on Trädgårdsgatan. The new service office, located on Tornfalksgatan in Råslätt, opens on Wednesday.

"We are strengthening the state presence in an area where we see that there is a need. We are simplifying contact with our four collaboration authorities for residents who need personal contact," says Regional Manager Tobias Lundin.

Inaugurated on Monday

At the new office, service officers help with matters related to social security, pensions and taxes, among other things. In addition, both jobseekers and employers can make spontaneous visits to get help with Arbetsförmedlingen's digital services.

The service office was inaugurated on Monday afternoon when Minister for Civil Affairs Erik Slottner (KD) and County Governor Helena Jonsson participated.
