It is about the Grävlingen neighborhood in Jönköping, which will get two buildings – a residential building with rental apartments and an office building with six floors. It is Hamhus AB and Brandtornet AB that ordered the construction for a contract sum of SEK 368 million.

Before construction can begin in December 2024, the municipality of Jönköping must carry out a cleanup of the site.

According to the developer Peab, the buildings are expected to be completed in May 2028.
