A pattern of showers will set up in the morning on the South-West.
These showers will be more marked on the Basque side and will be accompanied by thunderclaps.
Snow will fall from 1300/1400 m on the Pyrenees.
The weather will become rainy in the afternoon from Auvergne to the North-East.
Variable sky over a northwest quarter
On a northwest quarter, the sky will be variable.
Cloudy periods will give showers on the Channel coasts.
The west wind will blow in gusts between 50 and 70 km/h in the morning.
On the Corsica side, many stormy showers will follow one another in the first part of the day.
A few showers may overflow onto the Côte d'Azur.
In the South-East, the weather will be quite pleasant on the sky side even if a veil of cloud will be present.
On the other hand, Mistral and Tramontane will become sensitive.
Some frosts are expected towards the Alps and Auvergne, the minimums will be between 3 and 7 degrees from Alsace to Normandy, 6 to 10 degrees on the rest of the country, up to 8 to 13 degrees on the coast.
The maximum will show 7 to 13 degrees from the Massif Central to the North-East and in Occitania, 12 to 17 degrees elsewhere.
