“Dear colleagues, at the moment I believe that the draft “Declaration of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO and on joint measures to provide assistance to the Republic of Armenia” submitted for signing is not sufficiently finalized, and in this form, with all due respect, I am not ready to sign these documents,” he declared.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the CSTO summit that he had briefly discussed with Pashinyan the issues of resolving the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Russia continues to play an important role in the Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement process.
