His Highness said in his account on the social networking site "Twitter": "We launched today the Dubai Program for Future Experts to build an elite group of specialists in strategic and vital sectors ... We aim to empower tomorrow's generation with the skills of anticipating and designing the future, and strengthening their role in developing new projects and initiatives that shape the future of a city Dubai. "
His Highness added: "I invite all government agencies in Dubai to nominate their talented cadres in the future prospecting sector to acquire new experiences and skills that enhance their leadership role in improving the performance of government sectors and developing future projects that support the efforts of Dubai and the UAE to anticipate the future."
