The fire department has extinguished a major fire on the premises of a company for sprinklers in Neuenkirchen in North Rhine-Westphalia. This was reported by the police early Monday morning. The flames would have spread from one large hall of the company to a neighboring interior design company. According to initial findings of the police nobody was injured.
Why the fire broke out, the investigators could not say so far. The cleanup should take until the early morning, only then fire investigators could take their work. Therefore, no information on the amount of damage is possible.
According to the police, the work of the task forces was repeatedly hampered by onlookers. The officials had then issued a referral. The affected company sells among other things lawn sprinklers, irrigation systems and water features.
