The Attorney General Frankfurt has filed charges against a 53-year-old for the sometimes serious sexual abuse of minors in the Philippines. The German citizen, who has been in custody for a year, is also accused of possession of child pornography, as the agency said.
From 2011 to 2016, the man in the country is said to have sexually abused and taken pictures of at least nine girls between the ages of 10 and 13 years old.
From 2009 to 2015, the man is said to have abused more minors between the ages of 14 and 18 years. Also he should have photographed. He should have given the victims money or gifts.
In at least three cases, the man is said to have paid an intermediary to see a 13-year-old child through video in "child pornography live performances." On computers, he is said to have stored more than 18,000 image and video files with child and adolescent pornographic content.
