Two-time Oscar winner Kevin Spacey can not approach a man he's sexually assaulted. This has been decided by a court in the US state of Massachusetts.

The 59-year-old is accused of improper conduct and assault. It's about an incident in July 2016 on the holiday island Nantucket in the US state of Massachusetts. At that time he was said to have drunk an 18-year-old assistant waiter in a bar and later touched him immoral. Spacey was silent on the allegations in court.
