On the 19th of this month, a child at an elementary school in Tokyo's Suginami Ward tried to drink tea from a water bottle he had brought home after school, only to find that the contents had been replaced with a liquid that smelled like chlorine. It appears that they held a briefing session to explain what they have learned so far.

On the 19th of this month, a student at Suginami Ward's 9th Elementary School in Suginami Ward tried to drink tea from a water bottle he had brought home after school, but it tasted strange, so he immediately vomited it up, but ended up drinking a small amount.

Afterwards, although there were no health problems for the children, principals and others investigated the contents of the water bottles and found that they had been replaced with a yellowish liquid that smelled like chlorine.

In response to this, the school held an information session for parents of children in the same grade on the 26th, followed by an information session for parents of other grades on the 27th from 5 p.m. .

The school consulted the police about this incident on the 26th and provided the liquid, and the police will now investigate the matter in detail, including identifying the liquid.

At the briefing session, the school appears to be explaining the background and facts that it has learned so far.
