“Cultural innovation must have a strong sense of originality.” Ran Ran said that respecting originality means respecting the meaning of creation.

The main body of cultural innovation is people. We must focus on activating folk wisdom and enthusiasm for innovation, so that ordinary people can participate in practice and become the main body of innovation.

“For example, building a cultural platform can guide social organizations and people of insight to play a gathering role, so as to achieve good social effects of cultural innovation.”

The vitality of cultural innovation does not arise out of thin air. It is the product of the exchange and collision between local and world, tradition and modernity, history and reality.

She suggested that cultural innovation should not only be rooted in the national tradition, but also learn from the excellent cultures of other nations; it should not only respect history and traditional culture, extract the essence and discard the dross, but also look at the world and learn to absorb the current and traditional excellent cultural resources of other countries.

"Innovation, in the final analysis, is the innovation of talents." She believes that to put the concept of cultural innovation into practice, it is urgent to discover, cultivate and gather innovative talents and create a high-level innovation team.

Among them, young people are the most imaginative group and are the basis for the sustainability of innovation. We must attract and motivate young people to innovate, increase the education of young people's innovative awareness and innovation ability, and inject vitality into cultural innovation.

“In addition to improving school education and the social environment, we can also consider holding various types and levels of youth innovative and creative activities all year round to build a showcase for cultural innovation.”

At the same time, it is also important to build a cultural ecology that is conducive to innovation.

Ran Ran also suggested that while improving the cultural management system, we should explore the establishment of a market-oriented system to increase the diversity of innovation entities, stimulate the inherent vitality of the innovation ecosystem, and achieve the optimal allocation of capital, talents, and resources.
