Normally, the float would stop just before going downhill, then loop the rope in front of it behind the float and pull it backwards down the hill, but according to the police, at the time, the float was stopped just before going downhill. On the 22nd, police sent the 39-year-old float operator and the 70-year-old festival organizer to court on suspicion of causing death or injury due to professional negligence for neglecting safety measures when descending the slope. Did.
