The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is aiming to create an administrative service by next fiscal year that will notify people of various child-rearing support measures based on their child's age on their smartphones, and allow them to complete procedures online using My Number cards. .

In December, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government launched a new conference in collaboration with the national government, wards, municipalities, and other organizations to improve the quality of administrative services related to child-rearing by promoting digitalization.

Specifically, assuming that 90% of households with children own smartphones, by next fiscal year, we will be able to notify them of support measures and projects based on the child's age, etc., as well as provide information on benefits, etc. We are aiming to be able to apply online using my number card.

We also plan to make it possible to collect information and complete procedures related to admission to nursery schools online, and we hope to implement this in some local governments in Tokyo in advance from next year.

The Tokyo metropolitan government says, ``Administrative procedures for raising children are more burdensome than expected due to the amount of paperwork involved. We want to make it easier for people to receive seamless support.''
