The details are as follows:
2000. Adjust the withdrawal limit standard for housing provident fund without housing lease, specifically: 1200,<> yuan/month in Hangzhou urban area (including Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Linping District, Fuyang District, and Lin'an District), and <>,<> yuan/month in Tonglu County, Chun'an County and Jiande City.
2. If the depositor leases affordable rental housing, he or she may withdraw the balance of his or her spouse's housing provident fund account according to the actual rent expenditure based on the information of the housing lease contract filed with the housing security department of this city.
3. New citizens and young people who do not have their own housing in the city and rent housing through the market can fully withdraw the housing provident fund they have paid monthly to pay the rent. Among them, new citizens are depositors who have not obtained household registration in the city or have obtained household registration in the city for less than 35 years; Young people are depositors under the age of 35 (inclusive).
12. If the depositor meets the requirements to withdraw the housing provident fund without a house lease, the withdrawal limit shall not exceed <> months, and the balance of the housing provident fund account can be withdrawn once a year or on a monthly basis.
