Kenya: At the Aga Khan Hospital in Kisumu, carbon emissions are making great strides

In the fight against global warming, all sectors must reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, including the health sector. Last month, ahead of COP28 in Dubai, the WHO unveiled a new framework for building climate-resilient and low-carbon health systems. In Kisumu, western Kenya, the Aga Khan Hospital has already begun its transition.
