At present, Hainan cities and counties (except Sansha City) tourism consumer complaints in advance compensation "Hainan rest assured" WeChat public account, WeChat applet, Alipay applet has been fully launched, Hainan through the "unified principle of compensation, unified acceptance process, unified time limit" to establish a tourism consumer complaint first compensation working mechanism, to create a high-quality tourism consumption environment.

The "Hainan Rest Assured Travel" platform is connected with the Hainan Provincial 12345 hotline management center to achieve 3-minute acceptance, 30-minute disposal, and 48-hour settlement of tourism consumer complaints, which has become an important way to mediate tourism consumer disputes. Since the launch of the platform, a total of 1033,162050 complaints have been undertaken, 81,111.306096 yuan of advance compensation funds have been activated, and 67 work orders have been solved through the "Hainan Safe Tour" complaints, and a total of <>,<>.<> yuan of consumer losses have been recovered.

According to the Hainan Provincial Department of Tourism, Culture, Radio, Television and Sports, the platform will continue to focus on the goal of full coverage of tourism-related consumption, continuously expand the types of industries and the number of businesses settled, continue to expand the acceptance of tourism consumer complaints, and gradually increase the acceptance channels such as Douyin and Kuaishou. Strengthen the supervision of tourism practitioners, explore the opening of tourism practitioners' entrances, and establish credit archives for practitioners.
