Taiyuan, November 11 (Reporter Li Xinsuo, Fan Lifang) The light snow season has passed, and the cold in the north is deepening. In the Fenhe Scenic Area in Taiyuan, Shanxi, the 30-kilometer Fenhe River passes through the city, and wintering birds such as egrets, herons, and black storks attract a large number of photographers to watch and check in. After more than 43 years of continuous restoration and management, the Fenhe Scenic Area has become an organic carrier for "reproducing the splendid Taiyuan City".

Historically, Taiyuan, Shanxi Province was once ranked as an important town in northern China with the reputation of "Huahua Zhending Mansion and Splendid Taiyuan City".

Counting from Jinyang City in the Spring and Autumn Period, the Fen River has nourished Taiyuan City for more than 2500,20 years. However, as a resource city in the north, at the end of the 90s of the <>th century, due to the disorderly development of the river, the random dumping of garbage, and the depletion of water sources, the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River was once cut off and the water quality was polluted.

Fenshui Fengmei lays the ecological background

On the afternoon of the 30th, under the guidance of the Network Communication Bureau of the Central Cyberspace Administration of China, the "Picturesque Rivers and Mountains" online theme publicity activity (Shanxi) interview group sponsored by China News Network and the Cyberspace Administration of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee walked into the Taiyuan Fenhe Scenic Area to visit the beauty of Taiyuan's ecology and cultural rejuvenation, and to pursue the changes of the "Splendid Taiyuan City" in ancient and modern times.

In the Jinyang Bridge section of the third phase of the Fen River control project, the west mountains can be seen in the distance, and the hundreds of meters wide Fen River channel is sparkling. Although the northern winter is a little bleak, the ecological layout of the city can still be seen from the meadows, shrubs, and trees to the scenery of urban buildings and distant mountains.

In the Fenhe River evening ferry scenic spot, the stone boat in the shape of a building boat is 28 meters long, 9.4 meters wide, the highest part of the building is 9.5 meters above the water surface, the south side of the hull is the roll shed roof, and the north side of the building is the heavy eaves roll shed roof.

On the north and south sides of the stone boat, the Fenhe Bridge with different shapes connects the east and west of the city, and also highlights the urban temperament.

Although the wind is cold, there are still tourists boarding the stone boat from time to time. An old man said: "I have long heard that the scenic spot of the Fen River Late Crossing has been built, but I have never had the opportunity to visit it. From here, you can see the West Mountain of Taiyuan, from the Northern Qi Dynasty to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, and then to the Song, Ming, Qing and other periods. ”

According to the staff of the Management Committee of the Fenhe River Scenic Area, the Fen River is the second largest tributary of the Yellow River, flowing through the Taiyuan City section for 43 kilometers.

"The ecological protection and restoration project of the Taiyuan section of the Fenhe River started in October 1998, and after more than 10 years of continuous restoration and management, especially in the past 20 years, it was fully completed in September 10, with a total length of 2021 kilometers." According to the above-mentioned staff, tourists can always feel the beautiful environment of "surrounded by mountains and waters, green banks and clear waters, coordinated scenery, continuous cultural context, and close to people and water" in the scenic area.

Prior to this, the impression left by the Fenhe River on the people of Taiyuan was once "unapproachable".

"Post-70s" Wang Xin grew up in Taiyuan and loves photography. In his memory, in the 20s of the 90th century, because of coal mining and dumping of industrial domestic waste, the Fen River often showed a state of alternating between broken flow and cross-flow of sewage, "At that time, people wanted to stay away from the Fen River."

At the end of the last century, under the pressure of industry and ecology, the governance of the Fen River was put on the agenda. Under the continuous treatment of the first, second, third and fourth phases of the Fen River, the Fen River scenic spot is growing, the water quality of the Fen River is gradually improving, and the water volume is gradually abundant.

Today, the green area of the Fenhe Scenic Area is about 8.5 square kilometers, the water surface area is about 11.5 square kilometers, and the total water storage is about 3000 million cubic meters, which is equivalent to the water volume of the two West Lakes, and the water quality is stable above the surface Class III standard all year round.

"Now, there are a large number of birds inhabiting the Fenhe Scenic Area all year round. In autumn and winter, bird photography and bird watching have become reserved festivals for photographers. Wang Xin said that when the weather is good, the scenic spot is densely populated, and riding along the Fen River has become fashionable. Walking, singing, singing, playing ball, all kinds of people enjoy themselves, "Taiyuan people are also willing to recommend the Fenhe Scenic Area to relatives and friends in other places".

According to incomplete statistics, there are 165 species of birds such as egrets, spot-billed ducks, flowerfishers, kingfishers, and red terns in the Fenhe River Scenic Area. The large trees and turf planted on both sides of the Fen River, and the preserved sandbars and river islands provide a suitable living environment for various aquatic organisms and birds, and humans, water bodies and organisms form a sustainable habitat system.

In the past 20 years, Fenhe Scenic Area has won the "Best Model Award for Chinese Habitat Environment" of the former Ministry of Construction; 2002 Dubai International Best Practices Award for Improving Human Settlements by UN-Habitat; The Ministry of Water Resources has won awards such as "National Water Conservancy Scenic Area", thus laying the ecological background of the city.

Relay restoration and inheritance of splendid cultural context

Relying on the return of the abundant beauty of the Fenhe River Scenic Area, the urban pattern of Taiyuan City is "divided by one water" and the mountains and rivers depend on each other can be reproduced.

The staff of the Management Committee of the Fenhe Scenic Area said that in the densely populated urban center, the formation of such a scale of green ecological corridor has played an important role in purifying the air, eliminating water pollution, and regulating temperature.

For Taiyuan City, the Fen River is not only about ecology, but also about culture.

The Tang Dynasty poets Wang Zhilian, Wang Changling, and Wang Han started from here and wrote the famous Biansai poems; The poet Yuan Hao of the Jin Dynasty asked from Xinzhou to Bingzhou (the ancient name of Taiyuan) to catch the examination through the Fen River, and felt the loyalty of the wild goose, leaving the swan song of "asking the world, what is love, and teaching life and death", and left "Yanqiu" to Taiyuan; At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, Mr. Fu Shan studied and studied in the Xishan area on the bank of the Fen River, leaving the "Frost Red Niche Collection".

In recent years, the Fenhe River Scenic Area has reshaped the "Eight Views of Kuching Yang", such as the Fenhe River Evening Crossing, the Twin Towers and the West Mountain, in order to inherit the city's cultural context.

Walking in the Fenhe River Scenic Area, the sculpture of "Tongye Fengdi" shows the source of "Jin"; Bai Juyi, Yuan Haowen, Luo Guanzhong, Fu Shan and other Taiyuan cultural celebrities and poetry sculptures reflect the elegance of Taiyuan.

Hundreds of years ago, the Ming Dynasty poet Zhang Yi wrote in the poem "Evening Crossing of the Fen River", "The mountain is crowned with a thousand forests at sunset, and the ferry returns like ants". Nowadays, Taiyuan people are reliving the warmth of history with the restored "Fenhe Evening Crossing" stone boat.

In October this year, the Fenhe Yanqiu Park, which was creatively inspired by Yuan Haowen's "Touching the Fish, Yanqiu Words", was opened, which attracted visitors for a while.

"The surrounding mountains of Yanqiu Park are majestic and the waterfront scenery is charming, which not only has the meaning of 'thousands of miles of stratus clouds, thousands of mountains and twilight snow', but also has wild geese inhabiting, which is full of poetry and picturesqueness." The above-mentioned staff said that Yanqiu Park is designed with the concept of "low intervention, micro-shaping, humanistic injection, and habitat improvement", and the building imitates the style of the Jin and Yuan dynasties, and the greening is mainly natural and wild, and it is the largest ancient building complex on both sides of the Fen River.

In this regard, some people commented that "setting up a scenic scene on the bank of the Fen River to commemorate is the best interpretation of ancient and modern empathy, and it is also the preservation and inheritance of the precious humanistic spirit."

In fact, Taiyuan's protection of the Fen River did not stop.

In recent years, in accordance with the idea of comprehensive water management and water control, including pollution control, humidification, dredging, green bank and water diversion, Taiyuan has simultaneously promoted six major projects: mine management, afforestation and greening management, soil and water conservation ecological restoration, water resources and water ecological protection and restoration, comprehensive land consolidation and biodiversity conservation, and strived to make the Fenhe River gradually achieve the goal of "abundant water, good water quality and beautiful scenery".
