On the morning of the 30th, a wild boar invaded a factory in Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture, and two employees were attacked and injured. The wild boar is running away, and the police are warning people not to approach it even if they find it.

Shortly after 30 a.m. on the 11th, the fire department received a report from the factory of a housing materials manufacturer in Inada, Kasama City, that two male employees had been bitten by a wild boar.

According to the police and the company, it was a wild boar about 1 meter long that invaded the factory grounds, and one of the two people who was attacked broke his left shoulder, but both are in non-life-threatening condition.

The wild boar entered the factory slowly, bit the left calf of an employee who tried to chase him away, and then ran outside to chase another employee who ran away, poking the fallen man about three times and running away.

Another employee who witnessed the incident said, "I heard on the news that I shouldn't touch it, but if it had come towards me, I might have been injured trying to drive it away. It was unbelievably fast."

The factory at the site is surrounded by rice paddies, and the police and local hunting associations are searching for the whereabouts of the wild boar and warning people not to approach it if they find it.
