"When I walked into the exhibition hall of Painted Grand View, I was struck by its colorful and magnificence, each pattern is very delicate, and the figures are lifelike." Di Jiufeng, a cultural tourism expert, said.

After experiencing the grandeur of the "Painted Grand View", the activity group came to the Thangka Experience Room of the Qinghai Tibetan Culture Museum, and under the explanation and guidance of the painter, the Chinese and foreign cultural tourism experts were eager to try and began to pick up the brush in their hands, try to color the thangka, and experience the intangible cultural heritage on the tip of the pen.

"Thangka still has high requirements for basic skills, every line is clean and neat, and it is very difficult to color the pattern, which is a great test of the painter's technique, and it takes years of practice to draw a beautiful thangka." Di Jiufeng told reporters after experiencing thangka.

For Jiang Lan, an American cultural tourism expert, the most curious thing about the process of making thangkas is the paint. "These pigments are made from natural minerals or plants, and they can keep the color of thangkas for hundreds or even thousands of years, which is very magical."

"In the course of thousands of years of development of thangka, many schools of painting have been born," said the painter Qianpai, hoping that this experience can let Chinese and foreign cultural travel experts understand thangka art, and also welcome people at home and abroad who love and pay attention to thangka art to experience and appreciate it.
