Chinanews.com, November 11 According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, there was moderate to heavy snow in some areas of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shandong Peninsula and other places yesterday, and Heilongjiang was locally blizzard or heavy snowfall. It is expected that in the next three days, there will be rain and snow in Sichuan, Tibet, Xinjiang and other places, and we will pay attention to the impact on transportation, agriculture and animal husbandry, energy supply and urban operation.

Heilongjiang, Jilin and Shandong Peninsula have heavy snowfall. From 8 o'clock yesterday to 6 o'clock today, moderate to heavy snow or sleet occurred in parts of eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, Shandong Peninsula and other places, local blizzard in Mudanjiang, Shuangyashan, Jiamusi, Hegang in Heilongjiang, and local heavy snowfall (20~23 mm) in Shuangyashan and Hegang; Gusts of 6~9 appeared in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, southern Northeast China, North China, eastern Huanghuai, Jianghuai and other places, and 9~10 locally. At 5 o'clock today, compared with 5 o'clock yesterday, the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the western part of Heilongjiang, the western part of Liaoning, the central part of Beijing, the southern part of Tianjin, the central and southern part of Hebei, the central part of Shanxi, the central and western part of Shandong, the eastern part of Henan, Jiangsu and other places showed a cooling of 4~8 °C, and the local area exceeded 10 °C.

There are strong winds in the coastal waters of our country

From the day of the 18th to the night of the 20th, under the influence of cold air, there will be strong winds of 6~8 and gusts of 9~10 in the Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bass Strait, most of the South China Sea, Beibu Gulf, and Qiongzhou Strait. Among them, from 18:08 on the 19th to 08:7 on the 8th, there will be strong winds of 9~10 and gusts of 19~08 in the Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bass Strait, and most of the South China Sea. From 20:08 on the 7th to 8:9 on the 10th, there will be strong winds of 11~18 and gusts of 06~1 in the Taiwan Strait, the Bass Strait, most of the South China Sea, and the eastern waters of the Yellow Sea. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for high winds at 2:<> on November <> (see Figure <> and Figure <>).

Rain and snow tend to end in the Northeast

The extent and intensity of snowfall in Northeast China decreased. The Central Meteorological Observatory lifted the yellow warning for heavy snowfall at 11:18 on November 06. However, it is expected that from 18:08 on the 19th to 08:<> on the <>th, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northeast Inner Mongolia, northern and eastern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, central and southern Sichuan Plateau, and northern Xinjiang and northern Xinjiang.

On the 18th, there will be strong winds of 5~6 and gusts of 7~8 in the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia, the eastern part of the Northeast region, and the eastern part of the Shandong Peninsula. From the 18th to the 20th, the temperature rose in most parts of the central and eastern regions. From the 20th to the 22nd, the atmospheric diffusion conditions in the central and southern parts of North China and Huanghuai were poor, and there was light to moderate haze in some areas. In the morning of the 21st to the 22nd, there was foggy weather in central and southern North China and eastern Jianghuai. From the 21st to the 24th, there will be strong cold air from west to east affecting most parts of China, the temperature will generally drop by 6-10 °C, and the local temperature in North China and Northeast China will drop by more than 12 °C, and some areas will be accompanied by rain and snow.

Specific domestic forecast for the next three days

From 11:18 on November 08 to 19:08 on the 25th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northeast Inner Mongolia, eastern and northern Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, eastern Tibet, and central and southern parts of the western Sichuan Plateau. There was light to moderate rain in parts of southeastern Tibet, eastern and southern Sichuan, southern Chongqing, central and western Guizhou, and most of Yunnan, among which, there was heavy rain (35~5 mm) in western Yunnan. Some areas in northeast Inner Mongolia, eastern Heilongjiang, Liaodong Peninsula, and eastern Zhejiang have winds of level 6~3 (see Figure <>).

From 11:19 on November 08 to 20:08 on the 4th, there was light snow or sleet in parts of eastern and southern Heilongjiang, eastern and northern Jilin, northern Xinjiang and areas along the Tianshan Mountains, and southeastern Tibet. There was light rain in parts of the Junggar Basin and Ili River Valley in Xinjiang, southeastern Tibet, southern Sichuan, and western Yunnan. Some areas in eastern Inner Mongolia and northern Xinjiang have winds of level 6~4 (see Figure <>).

From 11:20 on November 08 to 21:08 on the 10st, there was light snow or sleet in some areas of Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains and the Ili River Valley, eastern Tibet and other places, among them, there was moderate to heavy snow in some areas of Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains and the Ili River Valley, and there was heavy snowfall (12~5 mm) locally. Light rain occurred in parts of the Junggar Basin of Xinjiang and southeastern Tibet (see Figure <>).
