Celine Dion surprised her fans this week by appearing in public for the first time since announcing her illness ten months ago. The Quebec diva, who everyone was worried about, attended a hockey game with her two sons in Las Vegas.

No one had seen her in months... Since last December, to be precise. At the time, Celine Dion took to social media to wish her fans a happy holiday season. Three weeks earlier, the Quebec diva had revealed to the world that she had stiff man syndrome, "a rare neurological disorder."

Celine Dion visibly in great shape

Forced to stop touring due to her illness, Celine Dion remained silent throughout 2023, focusing solely on her recovery... That is, until Monday, October 30, when the star appeared all smiles at a hockey game played by the Montreal Canadiens and Golden Knights in Las Vegas. "My sons and I had a lot of fun meeting the Montreal Canadiens after their hockey game against the Vegas Golden Knights on Monday night. They played so well, what a game!! Thanks for meeting us after the game, guys! It was memorable for all of us. Have a great season!" wrote Celine Dion in the caption of a series of photos of her and her sons in the locker room of the Canadian hockey players, who unfortunately lost their game to the Golden Knights.

It didn't matter to Céline, who was delighted to share a moment of complicity with her two boys, especially René-Charles, from whom she had been estranged in recent months. Can we expect the diva to return to the stage after this very successful surprise public appearance? The singer has not communicated anything in this sense, and seems to want to take time for herself. Her fans will be able to console themselves by buying the DVD of the romantic comedy Love Again, in which Céline plays herself.
