Larch is dyed golden yellow around Misyaka Pond in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture, which became the motif of the representative work of Japan painter Kaii Higashiyama.

Located at an altitude of about 1500,10 meters in Oku-Tateshina in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture, Misyaka Pond is the place that became the motif of Kaii Higashiyama's work "Green Resonance", a Japan painter representing the Showa era.

The larch by the pond begins to change color in mid-October, a little later than usual, and the autumn leaves are in full bloom due to the cold weather of the past few days.

The trees reflected in the mirror-clear surface of the water created a fantastic landscape, and many tourists from inside and outside the prefecture enjoyed the fantastic world like a painting.

A woman who visited with her family from Kanagawa Prefecture said, "I had heard that it was the motif of Kaii Higashiyama's work, so I was looking forward to it.

Another woman from Aichi Prefecture said, "When I came here before, it was the season of deep green, but the atmosphere is different from that time, and the gradation of red and leaves is beautiful."

It seems that the autumn leaves of Misyaka Pond can be enjoyed throughout October.
