According to the Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department, the "Sanba" has landed on the coast of Dongfang City, Hainan Province around 10 o'clock on October 19, with a maximum wind force of 9 (8 m/s) near the center and a minimum pressure of 20 hPa at the time of landfall.

The meteorological department expects that "Samba" will move northward at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour, slowly increasing in intensity, and gradually turning southward on the sea surface in the northern part of the Beibu Gulf from the night of the 19th to the morning of the 20th, and then gradually weakening in intensity.

The Guangdong Provincial Emergency Management Department said that due to the influence of "Sanba", from the 19th to the 20th, there were heavy rain to heavy rain in Zhanjiang and Maoming, heavy rain to heavy rain in Yangjiang and Jiangmen, and moderate to heavy rain and local heavy rain in most of the Pearl River Delta, Yunfu, Shaoguan and Qingyuan. The sea surface rotation wind in Beibu Gulf is 6-8, including 9-10 and gust 11 near the typhoon center, 6-7 and gust 8 in the western Guangdong Sea and Qiongzhou Strait, and 6-8 gusts in the Leizhou Peninsula.
