For months, the partner of the convicted Leipzig left-wing extremist Lina E. has been sought with an arrest warrant. Now the Federal Prosecutor General and the State Criminal Police Office (LKA) Saxony are publicly searching nationwide for 30-year-old Johann G., who is considered the head of the group around student E. For information on his whereabouts, contact with him or on picture and video material of him, a reward of up to 10,000 euros is also offered.

The accused was strongly suspected of membership in a criminal organization and involvement in several violent attacks, in which people were injured, sometimes severely. The arrest warrant against Guntermann is dated March 26, 2021.

At the beginning of June, the student Lina E. was sentenced to five years and three months in prison by the Higher Regional Court of Dresden. The judges had found the 28-year-old from Kassel guilty of several attacks on right-wing extremists and membership in a criminal organization.

Her partner is said to have been involved in the preparation and partly also the execution. Lina E. is conditionally free, after two and a half years of pre-trial detention. Her three co-defendants received sentences ranging from two years and five months and three years and three months. Serving time is not served until the conviction becomes final.
