Li Yong, deputy director of the Water Market Management and Law Enforcement Division of the Guangzhou Urban and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, and his staff are checking whether the ships engaged in the transportation of construction waste in the waters of the Pearl River have applied for the Guangzhou construction waste disposal certificate. According to reports, Guangzhou urban management adopts random law enforcement methods at night and day, weekdays and holidays, first half of the night and the second half of the night, and carries out law enforcement work flexibly and diversely.
