For some time, many residents in Guangzhou, Wuhan, Beijing and other places have reacted strongly to the vague charging standards and expensive charging of electric vehicles, and some residents have pushed their carts upstairs in violation of regulations, which needs to be paid attention to.

The problem of vague charging standards for electric vehicles is not difficult to solve. From the direct point of view, the same company charges different fees in different communities, and even the charging standards of the same community are "one by one", and many operating companies do not disclose what money they collect, it is no wonder that residents bluntly say that they "can't understand". Whether the property company purchases charging facilities and is responsible for the operation, or the more mainstream property cooperates with the charging pile company, the charges mainly include electricity and service fees. Compared with packaged and mixed charges, if Beijing requires that electricity fees and service fees should be priced and charged separately, the charges can be transparent and avoid charging fees becoming a confused account. For other cities, it is not difficult to require operators to disclose the details of fees.

However, if you feel that charging is expensive, it is somewhat impractical to suggest that the relevant departments unify the charging standards. In terms of electricity costs, the same city, the same area and even different communities have different electricity costs, such as ordinary houses and apartments, but also consider that some community electricity bills are directly settled by the power department and the property, and the cost of electricity purchased by charging pile companies from the property is also different. In terms of service fees, the entrance fee of the community, the sharing situation, the installation cost of different charging facilities and the later operation and maintenance costs will affect the final pricing. Therefore, it needs to be seen that the cost of charging at public charging piles must be higher than charging at home. If the price is uniformly lowered for this reason, the charge is clear, but it may also lead to the unsustainable operation of some charging pile companies, and ultimately affect the interests of residents.

To solve the high cost of charging, it is necessary to take into account the interests of multiple parties. Some local power departments have installed electricity meters for convenience carports to provide residents with cheaper "affordable electricity", and some have included electric vehicles in community charging facilities into the category of "residential electricity", and guided them to benefit the people by reducing the cost of electricity for operators.

It's easy to overlook the role property plays in charging fees. In practice, the charging pile company must give the property admission fee before entering the new community, and most of the electricity consumption after entering the property must be docked with the property, and the related costs will eventually be passed on to the residents. The property is to take care of the community for the owner, and it is nothing to make some money, the key is how to distribute the income. According to the Civil Code, the income generated by construction units, property service enterprises or other managers using the common part of the owner is jointly owned by the owner after deducting reasonable costs. If the property distributes part of the income from the public charging pile to the owner, it actually achieves the effect of price subsidy and reduces the cost of charging. Stuffing public revenue into your pocket is another matter. This link should not become a confused account.

Everything is just getting started, and more residents need to explore the convenience and benefits.
