I started my business in 2014, and my biggest "hobby" is also entrepreneurship, so I am currently working with my friends, whether it is in cultural creativity, high-tech fields, e-commerce, sports, education and training, and new media, I have made a lot of attempts and efforts.

【Commentary】Fan Jiangfeng, who landed "Lu" in 2009, spent 14 years working with mainland partners to build a private base for Taiwanese youth entrepreneurship in Xiamen; Established the "China Straits Research Institute" in Hong Kong; A cross-strait new media team was set up in Fuzhou... These entrepreneurial industries have built a new platform for cross-strait youth exchanges and exchanges. Fan Jiangfeng said that in recent years, the mainland has introduced various policies to create favorable conditions for the development of the vast number of Taiwan youths, and he hopes that the mainland Taiwan youth will set a good benchmark in their careers and lives, and not only "stand out" but also "walk back."

We must set a good benchmark in both our career and life, but more importantly, we must not only "stand up", but also "go back", so that more young friends on the island of Taiwan can know that the mainland is good for us, and let them know the opportunities for our development in the mainland. Therefore, we sincerely hope that more young people in Taiwan can return home and hometown.

【Commentary】Wang Yiwen, who only started her business at the age of 43, is currently engaged in the tourism, cultural and creative industry in Tianjin. At present, the mainland is promoting the strategy of rural revitalization, Wang Yiwen often brings students from Taiwan to understand the new countryside of the mainland, she believes that Taiwanese youth have unique advantages in service and innovation in this regard, and the mainland has a broader platform for Taiwanese youth to develop their imagination and creativity, and the youth on both sides of the strait complement each other's advantages and join forces, which can achieve a superposition effect and maximize the promotion of cross-strait rural revitalization and common prosperity.

In fact, the two sides of the strait should complement each other's advantages in order to achieve that one plus one is greater than two, and only by allowing children on both sides of the strait to stay together for a long time, let them discuss and practice together, I think there is a way to understand each other more deeply, and I think that with understanding, we can talk about integration. In fact, we can provide this opportunity for mutual exchange between our Taiwanese youth who start a business in the mainland, we can listen more to more excellent Taiwanese youth their entrepreneurial experience, I think this kind of mutual exchange, in fact, can increase the "magnetic effect" of our development in the mainland, we can provide better experience, to attract more Taiwanese youth to join us in such a direction of entrepreneurship and employment development.

【Commentary】"Post-90s" Taiqing Xu Tao, 6 years ago, under the strong recommendation of classmates, came to Beijing to start a business, and created a "small package intelligent work platform" to intelligently match flexible employment. The company has more than 1,<> corporate customers in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other cities, and tens of thousands of orders are successfully delivered on the platform every day. Xu Tao said that entrepreneurship is not easy, but the process is very exciting, and entrepreneurship in the mainland must learn to integrate and develop.

In the past, when I was in Taiwan, I felt like a fish in a fish tank, came to the mainland to develop, I found that I returned to the sea, but don't forget that the sea is where the fish should stay. This may be unfamiliar to you at the beginning, unknown and vast, but when you really try to integrate, to develop, and really after the challenge, you will find that this is the broader space for real freedom to wander, and what is more valuable for young people? What we pursue is the space and opportunity for development, that is, a higher ceiling, which is the essence of young blood. So I think entrepreneurship is not easy just said, but what, but as long as we get through the difficulties, we can get the sense of accomplishment, we can create value, I think this is the mission of the youth.
