Stork House is one of the four famous buildings in China, also known as Stork Tower, named for occasional storks living on it in ancient times, located on the bank of the Yellow River in the west of Gupuzhou City, Yongji City, Shanxi Province, known as the "first floor of the Yellow River under the world".

The Stork Tower was built in the Northern Zhou Dynasty, because of the spectacular body, ingenious structure, and beautiful surrounding scenery, the literati bachelors climbed the building to enjoy the scenery during the Tang and Song Dynasties and left many immortal poems, with Wang Zhixiao's "Climbing the Stork Tower" being the most famous.
