【Explanation】Wenguan fruit tree has the growth characteristics of drought tolerance and wind and sand resistance, and can grow in stony mountains, loess hills, fixed or semi-fixed sandy areas, which also makes it possible to produce tea in the Loess Plateau. In order to make Wenguan fruit "localized and improved seed", Jingyuan County actively cooperated with scientific research institutes such as Gansu Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Northwest A&F University, and researched and accumulated more than 20 technologies such as Wen Guan fruit cultivation technology, Wen Guan fruit edible oil processing technology, and Wen Guan fruit tea. At the same time, Jingyuan County also encourages local enterprises to increase independent research and development of product technology, extract nerve acid from Wenguan fruit, develop Wenguanguo health products, make activated carbon, skin care products and other high value-added products, promote the serialization and diversification of Wenguan fruit, and achieve multi-level value-added.
