Cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer are the three major malignant tumors of the female reproductive system. And with the improvement of living standards, endometrial cancer in some developed areas of China has gradually become the malignant tumor of the female reproductive system with the highest incidence, and has shown a younger trend.

Why do some people unfortunately develop endometrial cancer? Professor Wang Jianliu, an expert in obstetrics and gynecology at Peking University People's Hospital, told you that correctly identifying the "danger signals" sent by the body can also be prevented.

Obesity The onset of endometrial cancer is closely related to lifestyle, and recognized risk factors are related to the three highs, such as obesity, hypertension and diabetes history women should pay more attention. In particular, the prevalence of obesity after menopause is higher than that of normal people.

Abnormal bleeding The main symptom in 90% of patients with endometrial cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding. Women of childbearing age have increased menstrual flow, irregular vaginal bleeding, endless menstruation, and postmenopausal bleeding in older women should be paid attention to. Due to the appearance of anovulatory or functional uterine bleeding with poor luteal function, the endometrium is affected by estrogen, and then the lack of periodic changes will make the endometrium in a state of hyperplasia for a long time.

In addition, abnormal vaginal discharge and lower body pain should not be taken lightly. If such a situation is found, you should seek help from a professional doctor in time for timely diagnosis and treatment.

Asterility Studies have shown that 15%-20% of endometrial cancer patients are infertile. This is because estrogen stimulates endometrial hyperplasia, which can gradually become cancerous over time.

After pregnancy, the body produces a large amount of progesterone, which can antagonize the stimulation of the endometrium by estrogen, thereby playing a protective role.

In addition, no more menstruation for a period of time after pregnancy reduces the periodic stimulation of estrogen, which is also a protection of the endometrium.

Special reminder

High-risk groups should present regularly with a doctor

Cancer has long been recognized as an incurable disease. "Talking about cancer discoloration" is the attitude of most people towards cancer. But you know what? Primary prevention of tumors is cause prevention, that is, effective measures are taken to avoid or eliminate various carcinogenic factors, and many tumors are preventable and controllable.

The commonly used means of diagnosing endometrial cancer is first of all gynecological internal examination, which can find cervical lesions, but the diagnosis of endometrium is limited; Further examination is gynecological ultrasound, ultrasound needs to pay attention to two indicators: one is to see whether the thickness of endometrial hyperplasia is thickened; The other is to look at the blood flow signal, if the resistance is low, the blood flow is abundant, often indicating that there may be a problem with the endometrium, if such a situation is found, endometrial laboratory tests are needed to confirm the diagnosis; Before the laboratory examination, MRI can be done to further accurately determine the size of the lesion.
