It is the first book on the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) on city relations with China.

The seminar on "New Globalization, RCEP and the Future of Chinese Cities" jointly organized by Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Chinese Min, Yiwu Market Development Research Institute and Yiwu Small Commodity City Research Institute was held in Beijing on the 8th, and the book was officially released at the seminar on the same day.

The book is about 500,000 words and consists of seven chapters, namely, "The Evolution of the Global Economic and Trade Pattern in the Post-epidemic Era", "The Overall Connotation of RCEP/CPTPP", "In-depth Interpretation of RCEP and CPTPP Terms and Policies", "RCEP and CPTPP Members and India's Economy, Trade, Investment and Business Environment", "Green Trade Cooperation and Carbon Neutrality under RCEP and CPTPP", "Trade Exchanges and Opportunities between Yiwu and RCEP/CPTPP Member Countries", and "Potential Opportunities Brought by RCEP/CPTPP" , challenges and countermeasures".

According to the book said, according to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the total level of manufacturing output of RCEP member countries accounts for 50% of the world, of which the production of automotive and electronic products in RCEP regions accounts for 50% and 70% of the world.
