A manager and an employee in his 20s were arrested for serving a girl from late night to early morning while knowing that she was underage at a restaurant called "Men's Concept Cafe" where male employees serve customers.
It is believed that he made the girl order expensive liquor and charged a total of more than 80,2 yen, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the situation in detail.
The manager of the two men has denied the charges.

Among those arrested were Ryota Oishi (25), the manager of the restaurant "META" in Kabukicho, Tokyo, and Reiya Sakaguchi (25), an employee.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, on two occasions in January and February, a girl who was in her first year of high school at the time was suspected of violating the Amusement Business Law by letting her enter the store after 1 p.m. knowing that she was a minor and serving customers from 2 a.m. to 2 a.m.

In response to the investigation, the employee admitted to the charges, while the store manager denied it, saying, "I don't remember."

This store is a business format called "Men's Concept Cafe" where male employees serve customers according to various concepts, and the girl came to the store by contacting the employees through SNS.

He made her order about 1,10 yen a bottle of champagne and charged about 4,5 yen for a total of about 1,40 yen during two visits, and the girl paid 2,85 yen of this, and said, "I was saving money through daddy activities, etc., but I still couldn't pay and thought I had no choice but to support and dating."

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is calling attention to the "Men's Concept Cafe," where girls have been asked to purchase expensive liquor and get into trouble one after another.

Girls are getting into trouble and damage one after another

There have been a number of cases of girls getting into trouble or being involved in damage or trouble at men's concept cafes.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, there have been a series of inquiries from parents over the past few years who have been charged high fees at "Men's Concept Cafes" and "Men's Underground Idols."

While the number of consultations received by adults was 18, last year it was 3, almost three times as many, and as of the end of March, 52 consultations had already been received, indicating that the number is on an increasing trend.

Last month, the owner and employees of the Men's Concept Cafe in Kabukicho were arrested for serving alcohol in the store knowing that they were underage.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department warns people not to believe the sweet words of employees and exchange contact information easily, as there are cases of financial trouble and sexual victimization.
