According to the official Beijing report on April 4, the fire broke out in Changfeng Hospital, and the Beijing health department immediately activated the emergency plan, quickly mobilized 19 ambulances and more than 29 first-aid forces to carry out medical rescue and transfer work, and as of 300 o'clock on April 4, a total of 19 injured people were transferred, including 6 people treated in hospital, 71 discharged, and 39 dead.

The media reported on the 22nd that after the injured and sick in the "4.18" fire accident were transferred to the hospital, Beijing urgently set up an on-site medical treatment headquarters, increased the deployment of medical forces and the supply of ICU beds, and quickly set up a rescue expert group. As of 4 p.m. on April 21, 14 wounded and sick were being treated in hospital. Among them, 39 were critically ill, 4 were severely ill, and 17 were in stable condition.

The average age of the four critically injured patients was 4.82 years old, and most of them suffered from underlying diseases such as cardiac insufficiency, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, and ventricular aneurysm.

The average age of the 17 seriously ill patients was 74.5 years old, and most of them suffered from lung cancer, kidney cancer, secondary epilepsy, chronic bronchitis, chronic heart failure, Parkinson's syndrome and other underlying diseases.

In order to fully treat the wounded and sick, Beijing coordinated the allocation of high-quality medical resources in the city, and national and municipal experts in critical, respiratory, endocrinology, orthopedics and other disciplines from many well-known hospitals were stationed in the treatment hospitals, and on-site consultations were made one by one, and individual diagnosis and treatment plans were formulated.
