1. What happened during the incident

After investigation, on March 2023, 3, Yin Moumou, the organizer of the performance event (the actual person in charge of Yin Juyuan Planting Family Farm in Suzhou City), signed a performance contract with Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd. in his personal name, and the performance activity is scheduled to be carried out in Yin Lou Village from April 26 to 2023, 4.

On April 2023, 4, Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd. invited acrobats Zhang Moumou and Sun Moumou (the two are husband and wife) to participate in the performance, and the two parties orally agreed on the performance. In the afternoon of the same day, Zhang Moumou and Sun Moumou drove from Yongcheng, Henan Province to the performance site at 15 o'clock. At about 17:20 that night, when Zhang Moumou and Sun Moumou were performing high-altitude acrobatics, Sun Moumou fell from a height and was injured on the stage. The on-site staff immediately dialed 53, and the 120 ambulance was sent to the First People's Hospital of Suzhou City for treatment. At about 120 o'clock, the injured Sun died after ineffective rescue.

2. The cause of the incident

After investigation, it was determined that this was an accidental fall during a high-altitude acrobatic performance. The organizer, Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd., failed to perform the filing and approval procedures in accordance with relevant regulations before the performance, which was an illegal performance; During the performance, the necessary performance safety emergency protection was not provided, the crane was used to lift people in violation of regulations, and the operation was not standardized.

3. Progress in incident handling

At present, Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd. has reached a compensation agreement with the relatives of the deceased, and the aftermath is in progress. The competent department of the district will deal with the illegal performance behavior of Anhui Yaxi Performing Arts Media Co., Ltd. in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Commercial Performances.

This incident also exposed that the supervision of the party committee and government of Jianggou Town and the relevant competent departments of the district was not in place, and the supervision committee of the district discipline inspection commission has initiated the accountability of the relevant responsible units and responsible persons.
