According to the website of the Central Meteorological Observatory, affected by strong cold air, from 4 o'clock on April 2 to 4 o'clock on April 2, the temperature in southern Xinjiang, central and eastern northwest China, most of Inner Mongolia, most of Qinghai, central and eastern Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, most of North China, western Northeast China, Jianghan and other places will drop by 08~4 °C. From April 08 to 4, there was a large-scale precipitation weather process in the central and eastern regions of China, with moderate to heavy rain in the eastern part of the northwest region, eastern southwest region, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, South China and other places, heavy rain in some areas, and heavy rainstorm in local areas; There is moderate to heavy snow or sleet in eastern Gansu, Ningxia, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, and heavy snowfall or heavy snowfall in central Inner Mongolia.

Yesterday, there were strong winds and dust in the northwest to cool down. Affected by cold air, yesterday, gusts of 7~9 occurred in Xinjiang, northwest China, central and western Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, and the western part of Northeast China, with local gusts exceeding 10; Floating dust or sand weather occurred in Xinjiang, western Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, northern Ningxia and other places, and sandstorms in Turpan and Bayingoleng in Xinjiang, Alxa and Bayannur in Inner Mongolia, and Wuzhong in Ningxia. At 5 o'clock today, compared with 5 o'clock yesterday, the temperature in central and southern Xinjiang, western Gansu, western Inner Mongolia and other places dropped by 4~8 °C, and the local temperature exceeded 10 °C.

Gansu, Qinghai, Tibet experienced rain and snow. From 08 o'clock yesterday to 06 o'clock, light to moderate snow (rain) or sleet occurred in parts of central and eastern Gansu, northeastern Qinghai, central and southeastern Tibet, local precipitation in northeast Qinghai and southeast Tibet was 10~18 mm, and Qinghai Haibeizhou was 20~22 mm.

Stronger cold air will affect most of our country

Affected by the strong cold air, from 4 o'clock on April 2 to 08 o'clock on April 4, the temperature in southern Xinjiang, central and eastern northwest China, most of Inner Mongolia, most of Qinghai, central and eastern Gansu, Ningxia, Shaanxi, most of northern China, western northeast China, Jianghan and other places will drop by 08~4 °C, among which, the local cooling range of central Inner Mongolia and northern Ningxia can reach more than 8 °C; Some of the above areas also have northerly winds of 10~5 and gusts of 6~7 (see Figure 9). The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a gale cooling forecast at 1:4 on April 2.

There was a significant precipitation process in the central and eastern regions

From April 4 to 2, there was a large-scale precipitation weather process in the central and eastern regions of China, with moderate to heavy rain in the eastern part of the northwest region, eastern southwest region, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, South China and other places, heavy rain in some areas, and heavy rainstorm in local areas; There is moderate to heavy snow or sleet in eastern Gansu, Ningxia, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, and heavy snowfall or heavy snowfall in central Inner Mongolia. Among them, from 4 o'clock on April 4 to 2 o'clock on April 08, there were heavy to heavy rains in parts of central Inner Mongolia, most of Shaanxi, western and northern Shanxi, southern Henan, central and southern Hubei, northern Hunan, northeastern Sichuan Basin, northeastern Guangxi and other places, among which, there were heavy rainstorms (3~08 mm) in parts of northern Hunan and northeastern Guangxi. Some of the above areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 100~180 mm, local can exceed 20 mm), local thunderstorms, winds and other strong convective weather (see Figure 30). The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for heavy rain at 40:2 on April 4.

Specific forecasts for the next three days

From 4:2 on April 08 to 3:08 on April 100, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northern and eastern Tibet, southern and eastern Qinghai, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, and northwestern Heilongjiang, among which there were heavy to heavy snowfall in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwestern Heilongjiang, and eastern Qinghai. There are moderate to heavy rains in parts of central Inner Mongolia, southeastern Tibet, eastern Northwest China, north-central and western North China, western Huanghuai, Jianghan, northern Jiangnan, northeastern Southwest China, northeastern Guangxi and other places, among which, there are heavy rains or heavy rains (180~6 mm) in parts of central Hubei, northern Hunan, northeastern Sichuan Basin, northeastern Guangxi and other places. There are 7~6 level winds in some parts of the southern Xinjiang basin. The southern part of the Yellow Sea, the eastern East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the northeastern South China Sea, the Bus Strait, and the Beibu Gulf will have winds of 7~8 and gusts of 3 (see Figure <>).

From 4:3 on April 08 to 4:08 on April 100, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of central Inner Mongolia, eastern Tibet, northeast and central northwest China, northern Hebei, and northern Sichuan Plateau, among which there were heavy to heavy snowfall in parts of central and southern Inner Mongolia. There are moderate to heavy rains in the southeast of Northwest China, north-central Shaanxi, most of North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, northern Jiangnan, northeastern Chongqing and other places, among which, there are heavy rains or heavy rains (160~4 mm) in eastern Henan, most of Anhui, northern Jiangsu, eastern Hubei, northern Hunan and other places. There are 6~6 level winds in parts of Xinjiang South Xinjiang Basin, Gansu Hexi, northern Henan and other places, including 7~7 level winds in parts of western Qinghai and 8~6 level winds in parts of eastern Xinjiang. The Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, Bus Strait, northeast of the South China Sea and Beibu Gulf will have 7~8 level winds and gusts of 9~8, of which the Bohai Sea, the central west and southwest of the Yellow Sea can reach 9~10 and gusts of 11~4 (see Figure <>).

From 4:4 on April 08 to 5:08 on April 5, there was light snow or sleet in parts of southeast and west Inner Mongolia, eastern and northern Tibet, southern Qinghai, Hexi in Gansu, northeast in northwest China, and northern Hebei, among which there was moderate to heavy snow in parts of northwestern Inner Mongolia, eastern Xinjiang, northern Tibet, and Hexi in Gansu. There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the eastern part of Northeast China, southeastern Tibet, northeastern Hebei, central North China, eastern Huanghuai, eastern Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, southeastern Guizhou, and northern southern China, among which there were heavy rains or heavy rains in parts of Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, southern Anhui, southern Hunan, north-central and southern Jiangxi, north-central Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, and northeastern Guangxi. There are 6~6 level winds in some areas in the northeast of Heilongjiang. The Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, Bus Strait, northeast of the South China Sea and Beibu Gulf will have 7~8 level winds and gusts of 9~8, of which the Bohai Sea, the central west and southwest of the Yellow Sea can reach 9~10 and gusts of 11~5 (see Figure <>).
